Rocky Mountain Girl...Born and Raised!
I was raised in the central mountains of Idaho in a small mountain town that has waist deep snow in the winters and the most stunning views in the spring, summer and fall. Because I grew up in a smaller community surrounded by so much breath taking beauty I feel like I have developed a natural eye in photographing The Lord's handy work! And boy, do I enjoy doing it! Being a rocky mountain girl...I can get my hands dirty, bait my own hook, and can keep on keepin' on when things get tough! Faith, Family, God and Country! Sums me up, I guess! Oh, and photography!
I am hard working and have a focus to provide the best experience in my interactions with everyone I encounter personally and professionally - I strive for every interaction to be respectful, memorable, relaxing, full of laughs and comfortable. I cherish the time I get to spend with those who take their time to invest in my life or those I love! Even if we just met - my goal is that it is a meaningful interaction. I feel this mentality has helped me develop wonderful relationships and have the most fulfilling experiences! I hope I can pass that along to others as well...

Like so many others I am the happiest when I am with my family and friends - whether that is in the mountains camping or on the water fishing or even just hanging on the couch watching a good chick flick! My handsome husband, Ben, and I live just north of Denver, Colorado with our two loveable Black Labs - Sig and Ruger. Our fur babies keep us on our toes until we have babies of the human species someday! We love to travel - and are back and forth between Colorado and Idaho often! The rocky mountains are home!
I suppose you could say my "day job" is Dental Hygienist....but it's not just a job. I enjoy my work as a hygienist very much- a person's smile transforms how they feel about themselves and helping a person achieve a beautiful healthy smile is rewarding. I guess I am in the business of smiles as here I am on a new adventure trying to capture those authentic smiles with photography. I have found that photography is my creative outlet and something I truly enjoy. I want to share my passion for people, the beauty of smiles and art of photography with others!
